A'mare offers you a complete breakfast buffet with salmon, cold meats, raw vegetables, Corsican cheeses, eggs, dairy products, a wide choice of cereals, pastries, cakes, breads and freshly squeezed orange juice and other fresh fruit juices.
Served facing the sea, with a superb view of the Gulf of Valinco, until 11AM.

Throughout the day, join our Head Bartender and his team, who offer classic cocktails, signature drinks, frozen beverages, mocktails, and other refreshments as well as corsican & italian boards for the enjoyment of both young and old!

The Restaurant of the Domaine
Just 4 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by golf cart, the restaurant of the Domaine welcomes you in a lush setting. You will enjoy a varied menu: Mediterranean fish, Corsican specialties (Corsican veal, brocciu cannelloni, stuffed eggplants, brocciu maki, Corsican sea bream tartare, etc.). Children’s, vegan, and gluten-free menus available.
The Beach Restaurant
For lunch or dinner, enjoy a meal with your feet in the water, just a 4-minute walk or 2 minutes by golf cart (shuttles available throughout the day). The menu includes grills, salads, and snacks. Sunbed rentals are available for the day.
The Many Restaurants at the Port
A’mare enjoys an exceptional location, just minutes from the port of Propriano, accessible via a pleasant walk along the sea (10 minutes on foot from the hotel, 4 minutes by car or electric bike). Our partners will reserve their best tables for you. You will find a wide selection of restaurants along the port: fresh fish restaurants, Corsican tapas, crêperies, ice cream parlors, wood-fired pizzerias, and much more.
