Due to its location, its small size and its team and the diversity of activities offered, A'mare is the perfect place for seminars & incentives.

ACTIVITIES & EXCURSIONS

Hotel A'mare Corsica is pleased to share its contacts with its professional partners in sports activities, transport, etc.

However, the organization of activities remains the responsibility of the organizer. For events with more than 10 participants, Hotel A'mare Corsica requires the presence of an Event Coordinator at the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the event and the safety of the participants.

WEDDINGS & OTHER EVENTS

​Due to the intimate size of our property, all private events require the exclusive use of the entire hotel, subject to the following conditions:

​

  • Available dates: May 28 – June 7, 2027, and September 24–30, 2027 only.

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights. Please note that we do not offer daytime-only hire of the restaurant or public areas.

  • Maximum outdoor event capacity: 100 seated guests or 200 standing guests.

  • Parking capacity: 30 vehicles.

  • Maximum overnight accommodation capacity: 56 guests in double rooms, plus 2 sofa beds (140 cm wide) located in our Sea View Suites.

  • Music curfew: Midnight (12:00 AM). The terraces naturally provide space for dancing. The installation of any stage or raised platform is not permitted.

  • Weddings: The hotel provides the venue exclusively and does not offer wedding planning or coordination services. All weddings must be organised by a wedding planner approved in advance by the hotel management.

  • Weather conditions: All events must take place outdoors, as the hotel does not have an indoor space capable of accommodating more than 40 guests. In the event of adverse weather, the wedding planner is responsible for arranging a suitable contingency plan (Plan B), such as a marquee, temporary covered structure or alternative venue. The hotel cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or any resulting event cancellations.

  • Hotel staff included: Only reception and housekeeping services are provided by the hotel.

  • Additional services: All specific requirements (electricians, waiting staff, cleaning of public areas and event spaces, catering, valet parking, florists, photographers, etc.) must be arranged and managed by the wedding planner through external service providers.

  • Timings: Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM | Complete restoration of the property to its original condition: by 11:00 AM.

  • Exclusive-use rate (entire hotel and public areas): €20,000 per night.

  • Security deposit: Required and refundable following a property inspection, subject to any damage or necessary deductions.
